Shipping

For items immediately available, we will ship your order within 3-5 business days. Custom orders will be shipped within 2-4 weeks.  Shipments are made via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will include an additional surcharge. Oversized items can only be shipped within the continental U.S. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries at this time.

Return Policy

All items created by Defining Designs are hand-made using quality materials and experienced craftsmanship. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. A refund, store credit, or exchange for merchandise will be determined. Sales involving special orders and commissions are final and not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

How to Care for Your Mosaics

There are a few things you will need to know in order to preserve your mosaic art for years to come.  We design our mosaics with glass, ceramics, china, stones, gems and other objects so you need to handle them with care. Make sure you use the proper wall hooks to handle the weight and do not drop them.  You can use a soft cloth for cleaning and a mild detergent.

Privacy

We take payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover) as well as PayPal. Defining Designs does not share your information with other companies. Any personal information we receive is kept confidential and we never sell or give out your information.  It is used solely by Defining Designs to stay in touch with our customers and for shipping purposes.

Prices & Sales Tax

Deliveries to Colorado require state sales tax including tax on all delivery charges.
