Bring beauty and inspiration into the home, garden or office.  As a web designer, I found myself being inspired by mosaic art and the vision that could be conveyed simply by re-cycling materials and bringing them back to life.  The way someone decorates, the colors they use, the style, etc. all define who we are and what makes us so different.

At Defining Designs we design custom art that defines who you are by using your favorite colors, a broken piece of china that has a sentimental value, shells you found on your favorite trip, etc.  We want to create art that will make you smile and feel at home yet be a conversation piece for years to come.  Rather than fill our landfills, give purpose to items once thought of as used up.

Our piece titled "Tragedy Brings Strength" is featured on the 2008 Mosaic Yearbook CD which is a 2 CD collection of 761 artists throughout the world.  In addition, both of our genocide pieces are featured on the 2009 Mosaic Yearbook CD.

The "Pawsitively Elegant" pet collection is being sold by specialty pet stores such as Pupperazi (FL), Tails by the Lake (CA), Dog Lover Gift Baskets (CA), Earth Doggy (MD), and The Uncommon Hound (ME).
